What this website collects, why, and how to contact us about it.

Who we are

Irish Air to Water is a heat pump and air conditioning business based in Sligo, Ireland. The proprietor is Dáire Cullinane. You can reach us at irishairtowater@gmail.com or 087 341 3114.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry through the form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, county, heat pump brand or model, and the type of work you need. We use it to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to arrange and carry out the work. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or share it with anyone else.

If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we hold your contact details and the content of your message for the same purpose.

Cookies and advertising

We advertise on Google. If you click Accept on the cookie notice, the site loads Google Ads conversion tracking, provided by Google Ireland Limited. It sets cookies and tells Google which pages you visited and whether you called, sent a WhatsApp or sent the enquiry form after clicking one of our ads. We use this only to see which ads bring in enquiries.

If you click Reject, or make no choice, the tracking script is not loaded and no cookies are set. The only thing stored is your choice itself, in your browser, so we do not ask again. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Vercel. If you accept cookies, Google Ads conversion tracking runs as described above; Google's own privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from Google's servers when you visit. Enquiries sent through the form go through Formspree, a form service set up by our web developer, SquareTwo. Formspree emails your enquiry to us and keeps a copy of it for a limited time. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, for customers, for as long as we maintain the system and as required for tax and legal records.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to our use of it. Email irishairtowater@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
